Key Responsibilities:
- Drive between locations to ensure smooth store operations
- Develop and maintain a team that is engaged, consistent with the brand, and well-trained for succession planning
- Build and maintain professional relationships with store-level leadership to facilitate effective communication and bridge gaps
- Conduct efficient operations and seek opportunities to improve profit margins
- Lead by example, fostering a safe, friendly, fast, customer-centric, and encouraging team culture and work environment
- Provide continuous education on quality customer service to team members
Qualifications:
- Proven success leading multi-unit retail sites in the convenience store industry
- Food Service experience is required
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate the ability to work well with others and provide excellent customer service
