Job Description:

The Store Leadership Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing the activities of 10 convenience stores in Rockport, ME. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining a team that is engaged, consistent with the brand, and well-trained for succession planning.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to improve store operations and profitability
• Manage and maintain relationships with store-level leadership
• Conduct regular inspections of convenience stores to ensure compliance with safety and security policies
• Foster a safe, friendly, fast, customer-centric, and encouraging team culture and work environment

Qualifications:

• Proven success in leadership roles, preferably in the convenience store industry
• Food Service experience is required
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
