Overview:
Global Health Link is seeking a Programs Director to oversee and manage the delivery of our human services programs in Salt Lake City. This position is responsible for ensuring that high-quality services are provided across a variety of behavioral health programs, including Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (RMHS), Targeted Case Management (TCM), and Human Resource Support Services (HRSS). The Programs Director will be responsible for program development, ensuring compliance with state regulations, managing staff, and ensuring that services meet the needs of clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Program Oversight:
- Oversee the implementation and delivery of RMHS, HRSS, and TCM programs in Salt Lake City and surrounding regions.
- Ensure programs are compliant with state regulations and aligned with best practices for service delivery.
- Monitor the effectiveness of programs, gather feedback, and adjust services to meet client needs.
- Staff Supervision and Development:
- Supervise and support Case Managers, ensuring adherence to program guidelines and providing coaching and feedback for professional growth.
- Ensure staff are trained and up-to-date with the latest program developments, state regulations, and best practices.
- Administrative Responsibilities:
- Maintain program manuals for RMHS, HRSS, and TCM services and ensure they are updated regularly.
- Monitor budget, staffing, and resource allocation to ensure program efficiency.
- Regularly report on program performance and outcomes to senior management.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and local agencies to expand service access for clients.
- Represent the program at community meetings and other forums to promote awareness and build support for the services provided.
- Quality Assurance:
- Regularly evaluate the performance of case managers and the quality of services provided.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, licensing, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- A license or certification in one of the following:
- Certified Case Manager by the Office of Substance Use and Mental Health.
- Licensed Mental Health Therapist.
- Licensed Substance Use Disorder Counselor (ASUDC, CASUDC, CASUDC-I, SUDC, CSUDC, or CSUDC-I).
- Licensed Social Service Worker.
- Licensed Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Individual working toward licensure as a Social Service Worker in accordance with state law.
- Registered Nursing Student or Individual enrolled in a Substance Use Disorder education program.
- Certified Peer Support Specialist.
