Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including floors, countertops, and cooking equipment.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including washing vegetables and preparing ingredients.
- Support banquet and catering events by ensuring all necessary items are clean and ready for service.
- Help bus tables during peak hours to ensure a smooth dining experience for guests.
- Follow proper safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes and utensils.
Skills
- Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality environment is preferred but not required.
