Position Summary:
Our Inside Sales Representatives design and sell the perfect security system to fit the needs of our future customers, through a proven consultative sales approach. Our products provide high quality leads from customers who have expressed interest in our home automation and security services.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Converting leads to new customers from provided leads - No Cold Calling
- Working with leads to understand their security needs, creating solutions and ensuring a smooth sales process
- Following call flow to ensure consistent call handling and maximize inquiry conversion
- Demonstrating timely follow up on customer inquiries and potential sales opportunities
- Tracking daily, weekly, and monthly key performance indicators to meet and exceed sales goals
- Working with internal departments throughout the closing process of the sale to ensure accuracy and superior customer experience
What You’ll Need:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
- Possesses a persuasive, energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
- High level of motivation / goal-oriented self starter
- Willing to learn and implement the sales process
- Previous experience in outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience is a plus
High School Diploma / GED (minimum)
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00 per hour
