- Must have an Associate’s degree or higher education
- The position requires effective planning, organizing, and motivational skills
- Computer Applications Experience: Google Earth, Microsoft Office Applications - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Ability to perform detailed work and successfully meet deadlines
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must hold a valid driver’s license
- Candidate must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
Manager over 1-4 field Supervisors
- Plan jobs and allocate resources
- Create Job timelines and workorder priority
- Schedule work
- Permitting
- Communicate with keyers/redliners to ensure billing is on time
- Spot check sub and in-house crew quality
- Coordinate with WOCF team on additions or route changes
- Reviews crew production weekly
- Reviews WIP Monthly

Responsibilities
- The Project Manager leads projects with the overall project direction, completion, and financial outcome
- This role requires collaboration from multiple internal departments as well as direct interface with the customer and subcontractors
- Maintain all tracking logs up to date for accuracy and progress
- Assist in the preparation of bid packages and procurement
- Track/review approved change order execution and cost of time and material
- Development, maintenance of site logistics plans
- Travel up to 50% of the time
- Other duties as assigned
