Position Overview: We are currently seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Representative for a leading Pharmacy to help expand their range of GLP market products, medical spa offerings, women’s health, and weight loss solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales in this area, a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, and a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive growth and make a meaningful impact across multiple product lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand the product offerings, including in the GLP, medical spa, women’s health, and weight loss markets.
- Identify and target key accounts, including clinics, medical practices, spas, and retail outlets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate potential customers on the benefits of our diverse product range.
- Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management on progress toward goals.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Represent the company at tradeshows, conferences, and relevant industry events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales in pharmaceuticals within the following areas: GLP, weight loss, medical spa, or women’s health.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and sell products to diverse audiences.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers and partners.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Knowledge of medical distribution channels.
- Willingness to travel regionally as needed.
