Located within 3 hours from both Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Park.Home to great schools including Higher Education, musical events, museums, and several art festivals, overall this is a great place for individuals or to raise your family.The Director will be responsible for this 60 bed hospital’s Surgical Service Line. This includes a State of the art 4 Suite OR, PACU, Same Day Surgery and a 2 Suite Surgery Center. Facility sees approximately 5,000 procedures annuallyPosition will Report to a Fantastic CNO and oversee 50 FTE’s, including 3 Managers. The procedures include Ortho, GYN, General, ENT, Dental, Plastics and Pain.BSN is required, Master’s is preferredQualified candidates have 3-5 years of previous OR Leadership experienceIdeal candidate will have a solid understanding of the business side and financials of the OR.Compensation Range Varies based on experience between $90,000-$120,000 annually.
