Position: Territory Operations Manager
Reports to: U.S. Field Operations Director
FLSA: Exempt Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Management of territory (multi-state) field personnel and contract partners, to include but not limited to service technicians and independent contractors
- Strategic vision into improving the territories operational efficiency
- Responsible for maintaining company gross profit margins, as budgeted
- Survey customers to determine methods for improvement, a minimum of two times annually
- Meet all key performance indicators monthly, as defined at the start of each year
- Monthly maintenance of company profit and loss statements, holding one’s self and territory accountable when budget is missed
- Support and troubleshooting with field personnel inquiries
- Contributes information to sales operations strategies by evaluating current product results; identifying needs to be filled; monitoring competitive products; analyzing and relaying customer reactions.
- Continuous education into 12V technology and advancements
- Fulfill daily operational duties of assigned area
- Operate a clean, organized and hazard free work environment
- Conducts quality assurance inspections of all facilities, at least once quarterly
- Prepares and presents company information as required by court subpoenas
- Maintain a positive and caring atmosphere for customers and employees, supporting and directing escalations
- Ability to think independently and work through service challenges consistently
- Sells and trains new contractor facilities, maintaining and growing the service network
- Support of internal departments and personnel, assisting at any opportunity presented
- Timely submission of required reports and expenses
- Directs, coordinates and participates in corporate initiatives to improve efficiency
- Correspondence with management when challenges are presented
- Maintain the integrity, confidentiality and security of pertinent information and records
- Adherence to all state and federal rule, regulation and statute
- Availability to take after-hours and weekend calls
- Any other duty, as assigned
Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills)
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 7 years’ experience in a similar position
- Territory Operations Manager Test: >90%Score
- MECP: Master Installation Technician
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Possess excellent telephone skills
- Detail orientated
