Job purpose
The Sr. Graphic Designer will work directly with the Marketing Design Director on all visual needs required in the USA market, work with the graphics team to develop their skills and brand awareness and continue to elevate the overall brand perception from a creative and corporate perspective. This is an opportunity for a very creative and talented individual.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee creative direction of the required Sales, Marketing and Corporate materials.
- Create comprehensive sales, product and corporate presentations created within InDesign and PowerPoint.
- Oversee signage, point of purchase and brochure design.
- Oversee email communications/messaging, software and implementation with strong background in HTML and CSS
- Strong knowledge in animation/video programming
- Product launch materials and Promotions.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and graphics team priorities.
- Be extremely detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
- Show creative problem solving under strict deadlines.
- Collaborate with product managers, marketing and sales leaders, and the marketing/graphics team to develop engaging visual content.
- Maintain and enforce established brand standards while introducing innovative current visual design solutions.

Qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university.
- Min 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience or military equivalent.
- High quality creative portfolio representing all applicable graphics talents.
