We are seeking a skilled Scaffold Builder to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the assembly and disassembly of scaffolding structures at various construction sites. The Scaffold Builder will play a crucial role in ensuring that scaffolding is safe and reliable for all workers on site.
Duties
- Assemble and dismantle scaffolding structures according to project specifications and safety standards.
- Inspect scaffolding components for damage or wear, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.
- Utilize hand tools effectively to restore and maintain scaffolding equipment.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals, including those involved in cabinet installation, glass installation, and construction painting, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area on the construction site, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Assist in construction estimating and inspection processes as needed to ensure project timelines are met.
Experience
- Proven experience in scaffold building or related construction roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with hand tools and their proper use in a construction environment.
- Knowledge of construction management principles is a plus.
- Experience with caulking and other finishing techniques can be beneficial.
- Ability to work effectively on a construction site, demonstrating strong teamwork skills and a commitment to safety practices.
