Were looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Assistant Director Labor Relations who is responsible for Labor Relations and Human Resources. This role will coordinate and manage executive scheduling prepare and organize important union related materials and plans special projects and answer phones.
The ideal candidate must have exemplary time management skills strong computer skills attention to detail and multitasking skills. The role must interact seamlessly and with a professional demeanor across a broad range of individuals including members of the Senior Management Team Union Officials and leaders. To perform this job successfully the individual is expected to handle highly sensitive and confidential personnel and institutional information while exercising professionalism and discretion.
