Position Overview
This role will report to the SVP of Finance for the GISI Consulting Group, and is responsible for the design, oversight and maintenance of the OneStream system across all GCG Operating Companies (‘OpCos’) and locations. This hands-on role requires working in close collaboration with the Controllership, FP&A and IT teams at the Corporate and OpCo levels to ensure the informational needs of all stakeholders will be met. The job holder will also work with our external consultants to ensure OneStream design continues to meet the needs of External and Internal reporting, with the flexibility to change as our business evolves. The ideal candidate combines a strong technical background and eye for system design with excellent people and communication skills.
Primary responsibilities
- Maintain the OneStream application and cubes across all environments (both Production and Development)
- Manage and maintain metadata and system changes, including processing, approval and deployment into OneStream
- Provide critical support for the financial close, planning and forecasting processes as they relate to OneStream
- Support data integration requirements for incoming/outgoing data from OneStream (e.g. Data Sources, Transformation Rules, Workflows)
- Continually assess and refine the app to ensure alignment with changing business requirements
- Independently provide users with OneStream technical support, troubleshoot end-user issues, and deliver user reports and ad-hoc reporting requests
- Implement new OneStream functionality inclusive of any necessary testing and data validation, and expand reporting and other capabilities
- Maintain user security matrix, standard operating procedures and documentation
- Provide new user training and on-going training
- Maintain effective internal controls over the financial reporting process
- Assist with onboarding and integrating new businesses/M&A into OneStream
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 10-15 years of related experience, and knowledge of finance and information systems
- 4 years of OneStream Admin experience, preferably certified
- Proven experience as a .NET developer, with knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (VB preferred, C#), and familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (i.e. OneStream API)
- Excellent understanding of SQL and relational databases
- Understanding of application architecture, change management, compliance, controls and databases preferred
- Understanding of accounting / finance processes (forecasting, consolidations and financial reporting) in a multinational environment
- Advanced Excel skills required, and experience with PowerBI a plus
- Strong attention to detail, and excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and focus on internal client service
- Self-motivated and flexible, with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities
- Experience with system implementation and project management preferred
- Experience with internal controls, compliance and audit preferred
Compensation
- Base Salary: $160,000-$200,000
- Eligible for annual bonuses and equity grants

Our compensation structure is set to be market competitive, and compensation decisions are based on a number of factors including market location, relative experience, overall years of experience, industry experience, education and designations.
Salary : $160,000 - $200,000
