Role Overview:

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Support Manager to support our C-suite executives at Global Innovation, LLC. As the right-hand person, you will be responsible for managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and anticipating the needs of our leaders.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a meaningful impact on our organization's success. If you have 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, supporting senior leadership, and possess excellent organizational skills, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars and schedules for multiple executives
  • Anticipate and meet the needs of our leaders
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional support to senior leaders
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
