We’re looking for a motivated and organized Junior Real Estate Operations Coordinator to join our growing property management team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who is starting their career in poperty management/real estate and wants hands-on exposure to operations, property performance, and back-office coordination.
You’ll support both corporate and on-site teams by helping with daily operational tasks, light reporting, and basic data tracking. If you're detail-oriented, eager to learn, and ready to grow in the property management industry, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities: Operations Support
- Assist with coordinating vendor appointments, work orders, and service tracking.
- Help maintain property records, digital files, and operational checklists.
- Support onboarding of new properties by collecting documents and entering data into internal systems.
- Follow up on outstanding paperwork, invoices, or property-level requests.
- Assist in ensuring that company procedures and deadlines are met across the portfolio.
Data Entry & Reporting
- Enter and update property data including rents, occupancy, and maintenance stats.
- Help prepare basic operational reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Support the tracking of leasing activity, turnover timelines, and vendor performance.
- Conduct light online research for market comparables or regional data when needed.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with property managers, vendors, and other departments to keep tasks moving.
- Provide administrative support on special projects and internal initiatives.
- Attend team meetings and contribute ideas to improve processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field (recent grads welcome).
- Internship or part-time experience in property management, real estate, office administration is a strong plus.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace. Yardi knowledge a plus!
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
