Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with property managers to mitigate property-specific risks, such as tenant safety and building compliance.
Insurance Management:
- Assist in the review, selection, and management of insurance policies, including property, liability, and workers' compensation.
- Track insurance claims, coordinate with insurance providers, and maintain comprehensive records.
- Ensure all properties maintain adequate and appropriate coverage.
- Compliance and Regulatory Oversight:
