RPA Automation Anywhere Developer

Location: Bay Area, California (Weekly 2 days onsite)

Overview: We are seeking talented RPA Automation Anywhere Developers to join our dynamic team in the Bay Area. The ideal candidates will have experience in developing automation solutions using Automation Anywhere, a leading Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platform. As part of the development team, you will work closely with business stakeholders to automate processes, improve efficiency, and drive digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere.
• Work with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business processes.
• Design and build scalable and maintainable RPA bots.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with automation workflows and processes.
• Perform regular maintenance and upgrades to existing RPA solutions.
• Ensure high standards of quality and compliance in automation processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver automation solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an RPA Developer using Automation Anywhere.
• Strong programming skills in languages like Java, Python, or C#.
• Understanding of RPA concepts, including attended and unattended bots.
• Experience with the Automation Anywhere Control Room and Bot Creator.
• Good understanding of process automation and process modeling.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills:

• Automation Anywhere certification (Bot Developer).
• Experience with other RPA tools such as UiPath or Blue Prism.

You will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure that the RPA solutions meet business needs and align with the organization's overall automation strategy.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and architecture of RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere.
  • Collaborate with business analysts to define automation requirements and process improvements.
  • Oversee the development of RPA bots, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Review and approve RPA bot design and architecture to ensure best practices are followed.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to RPA developers.
  • Monitor RPA performance and provide optimization solutions.
  • Work closely with IT teams to integrate RPA with existing systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in RPA technology and share knowledge with the team.

  Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong experience with Automation Anywhere, including architecting and deploying RPA solutions.
  • Extensive knowledge of RPA best practices and governance frameworks.
  • Experience leading RPA projects from concept through to deployment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of system integration and cloud-based technologies.
