Roles & Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning within the telecom sector, particularly focusing on service assurance and customer service quality.
- Data Analysis: Utilize advanced data analytics tools to interpret sales data, customer insights, and service performance metrics, providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Promotional Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and evaluate promotional campaigns related to service assurance, ensuring alignment with business objectives and target audiences.
- Sales Performance Evaluation: Analyze sales metrics and service assurance indicators to assess performance against targets, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders, ensuring data-driven decision-making, particularly in the context of service quality enhancements.

Requirements:
- 10-13 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the telecom industry, with a strong emphasis on marketing, promotions, sales, and service assurance.
- Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau) and CRM systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets related to service performance.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in stakeholder management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of telecom products and services, market dynamics, customer segmentation, and service assurance metrics.
- Familiarity with TM Forum frameworks and standards such as eTOM (enhanced Telecom Operations Map) and SID (Shared Information/Data Model) for improving operational efficiency and customer service quality.
- Experience with digital marketing strategies and tools.
