Sales Leader - Technology-led Markets:
This role necessitates in-depth knowledge and established sales hunting or farming experience within the Technology-led market segment, particularly with ISV for security, network, telco & datacenter or ISVs specialized in enterprise software, contact center & unified communications or high-tech companies specializing in software and platforms for IoT, cloud, cyber-security, fintech, commerce & connected devices. Additionally, a good understanding of software development, partner solutions & GTM and outsourcing models is essential.
Key Deliverable
* Hunting and driving new logo acquisitions, selling software services and products to engineering and non-engineering prospects.
* For existing engineering clients, building & driving large deals and market expansion into IT and business groups.
* Prospecting for leads and maintaining a healthy pipeline of opportunities.
* Selling solutions at senior levels for mid- to large-scale customers.
* Joint responsibility for developing sales strategy at a territory level.
* Developing and driving GTM and execution strategies across the region.
* Championing client's journey from prospecting to project kickoff.
* Interfacing with other departments as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
Additional Responsibilities
* Assisting with marketing strategy and sales support
* Continually evaluating and recommending improvements to business/sales processes
* Participating in revenue budget forecasting and ongoing reporting
* Keeping current on competitors' products and service offerings
Skill and Education Required
* Bachelor's degree in technology (business degree is a plus)
* 15 years of total experience, with 10 years in sales in a direct quota-carrying capacity
* Strong background of business growth within the industry, with a proven history of success in independently winning new customers and consultative solution selling to existing clients
* Experience in selling AI & Cloud Technologies
* Experience with selling in outsourcing models
* Strong customer and partner network, with a focus on CxO/CTO/CMO/CIO/CPO/VP/Product Manager community
* Experience in developing and presenting sales proposals and strategic services solutions, with success in closing technical sales
* Exceptional communication, presentation, listening, and analytical skills
* Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
* Experience in preparing regional GTM strategy
