Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Epic Credentialed Trainer to join our dynamic team for a 2 to 3 week project paying $40 an hour. Open to candidates from out of state, will fly to the job site for the duration and back home once it commences. $45 a day per diem for food. 12 hour long day shifts 6 am to 6 pm M-F.

Providing at the elbow (ATE) support for Go-live
Duties
- Design and implement comprehensive training programs for new and existing staff on Epic systems.
- Conduct hands-on training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching to facilitate learning.
- Assess training needs and develop tailored educational materials that align with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure accurate use of medical records within the Epic system.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as necessary based on feedback.
- Stay updated on the latest Epic software updates and enhancements to provide relevant training content.
- Serve as a resource for staff inquiries regarding Epic functionalities and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience working in a medical office environment with familiarity in medical terminology.
- Strong knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems, particularly Epic.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Ability to engage learners through various teaching methods and adapt to diverse learning styles.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in developing training materials.
- Previous experience in training or instructional design is preferred but not required.
- A passion for education and a commitment to improving healthcare delivery through effective training.
