Job Summary
We're currently looking for a Patient Services Representative for a 12 Month contract opportunity that is fully onsite in Edinburg, Texas.
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Spanish speaking
- 1 year previous experience in a hospital or clinic setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical terminology is essential to effectively communicate with patients and staff.
- Experience in office management or front desk operations within a medical office is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using medical systems for scheduling, record keeping, and billing processes is required.
- Knowledge of ICD-10 coding is an advantage but not mandatory; training may be provided for the right candidate.
This position requires a dedicated individual who is passionate about providing excellent patient care while maintaining efficient office operations.
