Responsibilities
- The Project Manager leads projects with the overall project direction, completion, and financial outcome
- This role requires collaboration from multiple internal departments as well as direct interface with the customer and subcontractors
- Maintain all tracking logs up to date for accuracy and progress
- Assist in the preparation of bid packages and procurement
- Track/review approved change order execution and cost of time and material
- Development, maintenance of site logistics plans
- Travel up to 50% of the time
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Building Science, Engineering, or a similar field is preferred
- Must have an Associate’s degree or higher education
- The position requires effective planning, organizing, and motivational skills
- Computer Applications Experience: Google Earth, Microsoft Office Applications - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Ability to perform detailed work and successfully meet deadlines
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must hold a valid driver’s license
- Candidate must be able to pass a background check and drug screen

- Create Job timelines and work order priority: 1 year (Preferred)
- Plan jobs and allocate resources: 1 year (Preferred)
- Coordinate with WOCF team on additions or route changes: 1 year (Preferred)
- Reviews WIP Monthly: 1 year (Preferred)
- Communicate w/ keyers/redliners to ensure billing is on time: 1 year (Preferred)
- Permitting: 1 year (Preferred)
