Responsibilities:
Execute test automation strategies, test planning, regression testing for complex processes.
Experience in Java, Python, Shell Scripting, automated regression testing.
Implement test strategies, test plans, and traceability matrices for enterprise business applications.
Assess and scope testing activities for software/system/application implementations.
Plan, execute, and optimize functional, regression, and end-to-end testing cycles.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Java, Python, and Shell Scripting.
Implement automated regression testing and improve test coverage.
Create shared test libraries for cross-application automation reuse.
Assist in building and optimizing automated testing tools for organization-wide adoption.
Compliance & Quality Assurance:Produce detailed test documentation including test cases, transition plans, and defect reports.
Ensure test environments comply with industry best practices and security guidelines.
Partner with teams to enhance test automation frameworks and drive QA innovation.
Required Qualifications:
7 years of experience as a QA Automation Lead in large-scale enterprise environments.
Strong expertise in test planning, execution, and automation.
Proficiency in Java, Python, Shell Scripting for test automation.
Hands-on experience with automated regression testing.
Deep understanding of SDLC, defect management, and business process testing.
Experience with test frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG, PyTest, Robot Framework).
Strong experience with test management tools (JIRA, HP ALM, TestRail).
Produce test deliverables (Test Strategies, Test Plans, Transition Plans, Traceability Matrices).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and integration of test automation.
