World Learning is seeking Chiefs of Party (COPs) for upcoming USAID projects across Asia, Eastern Europe, Latin America, the Middle East and North Africa, and Sub-Saharan Africa. The COP will be responsible for the overall vision, technical direction, and management of the program. World Learning is looking for COPs for projects in the following areas :
- Civic engagement, civic education, and civil society strengthening
- Basic education
- Youth workforce development and entrepreneurship
