We are searching for a passionate and experienced Bioprocessing Scientist with solid cell culture expertise to support the scale-up manufacturing efforts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with CHO cells and perfusion-based bioreactor systems.

We are searching for a passionate and experienced Bioprocessing Scientist with solid cell culture expertise to support the scale-up manufacturing efforts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with CHO cells and perfusion-based bioreactor systems.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute upstream batches, including mammalian cell culture with a focus on CHO cell lines
- Design, optimize, and troubleshoot cell culture processes in batch, fed-batch, and perfusion bioreactor systems
- Maintain and scale up cell culture operations to support clinical and commercial manufacturing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transfer processes from development to GMP manufacturing
- Perform cell culture maintenance, monitoring, and harvesting in compliance with regulatory standards
- Analyze data, prepare technical reports, and present findings to project teams
- Implement continuous improvements in bioprocessing techniques to enhance productivity and product quality
- Adhere to safety and regulatory guidelines to ensure a high-quality manufacturing environment
- BSc/MSc within a life science related field with 3 years experience in a pharma/biotech organization
- Expertise in mammalian cell culture with a focus on CHO cells
- Experience with perfusion bioreactors
- Strong background in bioreactor operation, scale-up and process optimization
- Strong familiarity with GMP regulations
