Responsibilities

- Generate leads through various channels including networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to refine sales strategies and improve performance.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales or a related field; inside sales experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of territory sales techniques and account management practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present products to clients.
- Experience in lead generation and business development is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with retail sales environments is beneficial but not mandatory.
