We have an opening for a Janitorial Full-Time Position Available.

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and maintenance tasks, with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and maintaining Verizon call offices and garages.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, moping, vacuuming, scrubbing, dusting, wiping down all surfaces, floors, windows, etc., to ensure a clean environment.
• Execute commercial cleaning duties in offices, restrooms, and common areas to meet hygiene standards.
• Clean and supply restrooms. Ensure that they are properly cleaned and sanitary.
• Remove all waste and trash and dispose properly.
• Wipe down and sanitize all surfaces.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
• May be asked to work tickets on off time.

Experience

• Previous experience in custodial or janitorial roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Familiarity with commercial cleaning techniques and equipment is advantageous.
• Knowledge of safety procedures related to cleaning chemicals and equipment is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness consistently.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
