Location : REMOTE
Annual Compensation : $ 100,000 $115,000 DOE

The Clinical Informatics System Administrator will report to the Sr IT Product Manager. This role is crucial in managing and optimizing our clinical informatics systems to ensure efficient and effective healthcare delivery.
Summary / Responsibilities :
- Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of clinical informatics systems.
- Drives continuous process improvement by leading the development, implementation, and maintenance of standardized tools, templates, and processes across the enterprise.
- Experience as an end user of Health Information Technology (HIT) software or equivalent
- Leads and oversees the development and documentation of comprehensive business cases to assess the costs, benefits, ROI, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) of complex solution proposals.
- Knowledge of gathering and translating business requirements into system specifications
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure systems meet the needs of direct patient care and clinical operations.
- Conduct software and system testing across multiple IT environments to ensure functionality and reliability.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Lead small to medium scale projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Provide training and support to clinical staff on the use of informatics systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner.
- Travel up to 5% yearly for onsite team meetings.
