Job Summary:
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to handle a wide range of complex and confidential situations. This role involves resolving conflicts, managing confidential and time-sensitive materials, and performing various clerical duties.
Responsibilities:
- Typing, filing, ordering supplies
- Answering telephones, screening calls, and taking messages
- Assisting with data collection and preparation of materials
- Maintaining schedules, including travel and lodging arrangements
- Other duties or special projects as assigned
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook
- Two years' experience in a related field preferred
- Ability to make independent decisions within the leadership framework
- General office equipment skills (fax, copy, multi-line phone, etc.)
- Proficient in medical and legal terminology
