What are the responsibilities and job description for the Air Medical Transport Pilot position at Global Medical Response?
Global Medical Response, a leading air medical transport service provider, seeks a skilled Pilatus PC12 pilot to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for safely transporting patients and medical personnel to various locations.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in commercial aviation, with a focus on single-engine land aircraft operations. A valid FAA Class I or II Medical Certificate is also required. In addition, the selected individual must have a minimum of 2,500 total flight hours, with 2,000 fixed-wing hours and 1,000 PIC hours.
In this role, you will work closely with a team of medical experts to ensure seamless patient transportation services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Aircraft Readiness: Ensure the Pilatus PC12 is ready for flight dispatches, adhering to all FAR and company requirements.
- Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate company and regulatory documentation, including load manifests and shift records.
- Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate and collaborate with air and ground dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
