Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Federal Government Contract Compliance Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing government contract reporting and compliance functions. You will work closely with our operations and business development teams to ensure timely and compliant reporting to government regulatory agencies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a system to identify and track existing and new regulatory requirements imposed by government contract opportunities.
- Establish and maintain a tracking system for monitoring contract performance, including modifications, period of performance, deliverables, and closeout.
- Generate reports and dashboards to measure contract performance and ensure compliance with government policy and procedure documents.
- Advise on contract proposals, including compliance review and overall financial administration of contracts.
Qualifications:
- An undergraduate degree or a combination of education and experience required.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience, including proposal development, contract negotiation, business development, project management, compliance, finance, and accounting.
