Medical Billing - Revenue Cycle - MVC Research and Claim Filing Representative

Location : Remote or On-Site

Hourly Pay : $16

This position is bonus eligible

Work Schedule : M-F 8am-5pm CST

JOB SUMMARY

The Medical Billing Revenue Cycle MVC Research and Claim Filing Representative will work with law enforcement, auto insurance carriers, patients and medical partners to verify coverage and submit applicable claims. They will problem solve and research to resolve coordination of benefits issues.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / DUTIES

• Utilize telephone and online resources to research auto related transports.
• Complete adjuster follow-ups.
• Analyze and process incoming payor discovery reports.
• Process request for checks to the purchase of accident reports.
• Work together to achieve team and departmental goals.
• Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
