Urgent Medical Response Specialist

At Global Medical Response, we prioritize delivering high-quality patient care in emergency and non-emergency situations. Our team of dedicated professionals work collaboratively to respond to medical assistance requests and provide exceptional treatment and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• We assess patients' conditions, determine necessary care, and deliver emergency services by utilizing appropriate medical techniques and equipment.
• We document patient information, condition, and treatment while maintaining confidentiality and patient rights.
• We maintain a safe, clean, and well-stocked environment for patients.
• We utilize EMT skills, including communications, medical equipment, cleaning procedures, office equipment, and tools.
• We operate ambulances in accordance with company safety policies and traffic laws.
• We collaborate with allied health and public safety personnel as well as fellow EMTs.

Additional Responsibilities:

• We participate in community programs to establish strong community relations and maintain AMR's image.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• State driver's license
• National or state EMT certification
• CPR/BLS certifications
• Driving record compliant with company policy
• Pass physical agility test
• Some work experience, preferably in healthcare
