JOB SUMMARY:
The E-Commerce Store Manager will run the day-to-day operations of US web stores, driving sales, managing inventory, and facilitating product development and campaign launches.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Setup products on Shopify, making sure that pricing, imagery, and descriptions are aligned & optimized to engage fans.
- Work with E-commerce technology and fulfilment partners, to ensure that product launches and campaigns are executed on-time and as seamlessly as possible.
- Monitor monthly and annual sales targets vs. performance across sites, identifying opportunities for growth and development for the overall business.
- Review stock and inventory levels across assigned stores and place replenishment orders accordingly.
- Perform regular merchandising and banner optimization of the store fronts, ensuring a best-in-class shopping experience for fans.
- Work with production department on internal product setup, order placement, and shipment tracking.
- Assist Brand Management and the with placing internal orders & sample servicing requests.
- Work as a stakeholder within the product development process, providing input on annual calendar planning, product concepts, and feasibility - as well as scheduling promotions with marketing.
- Work closely with the Ecommerce Operations Manager to ensure that operations are running efficiently from the logistics of delivering stock, receiving, fulfilling orders, and making sure that customer service is communicating effectively.
- Other duties as required.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- College degree preferred
- 3 years of e-commerce and/or merchandising experience
- Excellent use of Shopify and Amazon experience
- Attention to detail – must be able to make sense of diverse sets of information and implement the appropriate responses.
- Proactive self-starter – able to execute key tasks and drive the business for assigned roster.
- Creative thinking – able to generate ideas & concepts to facilitate sales.
- Analytical thinking – able to make sense of stock and financial data, then make appropriate decisions.
- Collaboration – able to work effectively with colleagues and external partners to achieve the goals of the department and company.
- Microsoft suite proficiency
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to talk or hear in order to give and receive information and instructions.
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands to type, handle or feel objects, tools or controls.
- Ability to reach with hands and arms.
- Ability to use computer keyboard up to 80% of the day.
- Visual acuity, ability to adjust focus and peripheral vision for work on a laptop or other computer equipment.
- Lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
