Job Description
Global Merchant Services is now seeking Social Network Content Writers and / or Bloggers. Our overarching goal is to connect with and distribute content and messaging in such a way that is targeted, welcomed, and will ultimately encourage positive word-of-mouth about our services across social media avenues.
Requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Candidate will assist in the implementation of its social marketing efforts, specifically in the following areas :
Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and all other social networking environments.
Produce compelling blog stories 2-3 times per week.
Reporting on growth of Social Media communities.
Assist in maintaining company blogs, publicity files and press releases.
Assisting with marketing and promotions
Assisting with promotion execution on Twitter, Facebook, Linked In etc
Updating Social Network Video channels.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS :
Currently enrolled in an accredited college, university or trade school
Must be eligible for school credit (and able to supply a letter from sponsor / administrator upon request)
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must have an avid interest in social networking and content writing.
Knowledge of social media sites and tools, and an active participant in social networking
Detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple tasks
