GNR has been retained by a well-known, 100 yr old, international organization in search of a PROJECT MANAGER to lead a significant multi-million dollar, long term program for a FEDERAL / GOVERNMENT facility in the DC / Virginia region.
We’re looking for am experienced LEADER with 8 years of experience managing government & federal building retrofitting, facility build-outs, controls and system installation etc.
- You will lead a team of 12 members (Engineering, Quality & Technicians etc..) and work with multi-disciplined tradesmen, subcontractors, vendors & US Army Corps of Engineers
- Experienced managing budgets more than $5M and forecasting, SOC, materials procurement, manage risks, cost estimates.
- Ensure on-time installations while adhering to safety & health standards
- Review complex government subcontracts / contracts, bids & proposals
- Construction Management, Industrial Mechanical Systems or Electrical - MEP
- Certificate in PMP – CPC – CCM – CFM preferred
- US Citizenship required
