Key Responsibilities:
- Support Mobile Nurses: Work directly from our corporate office to collaborate and assist mobile nurses in the field, ensuring seamless communication and care delivery.
- Monitor Vital Signs: Accurately measure and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse, ensuring precise documentation for patient records.
- Maintain Patient Records: Ensure all patient information is documented accurately and in compliance with medical regulations, contributing to high-quality care and smooth patient management.
- Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, managing patient flow, and providing organizational support to the clinic for efficient day-to-day operations.
- Patient Education: Educate patients on their treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care instructions to ensure they feel supported and informed in their healing process.
- Clinic Environment Maintenance: Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinic environment, ensuring a high standard of safety and efficiency for both patients and staff.
- Follow Instructions: Work closely with providers and leadership to ensure accurate execution of care plans and protocols.
- Certified Medical Assistant: Certification from an accredited program is required.
- Strong Clinical Knowledge: Understanding of anatomy, medical terminology, and basic clinical procedures is essential.
- Experience: Clinical work experience is preferred, and familiarity with eClinicalWorks is a plus. However, experience with any EHR system is required.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Attention to Detail: High aptitude for accurate documentation and attention to patient care details.
- Team-Oriented: Ability to work collaboratively in a supportive, team-driven environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Flexible & Adaptable: Willingness to work both onsite at the corporate office and in the field as needed.
- Valid Driver’s License: Must be able to drive within the state of Texas with a reliable car, valid insurance, and a clean driving record.
- Background Check: Must be able to pass a background check.
- Competitive Pay: Starting at $15/hour, dependent on experience.
