As a Corporate Recruiter, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for a variety of roles across the company—from executive leadership to intake personnel. Your responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviewing, testing, and referring candidates while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in recruiting, with at least 2 years in healthcare preferred.
- Proven expertise in full-cycle recruiting and a passion for finding the right talent to support company goals.
