Position: Intake Coordinator – Southlake, TX
Pay: $22/hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:55 AM - 5:00 PM (Onsite)

We are a mobile wound care clinic seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Intake Coordinator to join our team in Southlake, TX. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a smooth, supportive experience from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally manage high-volume incoming calls and emails from patients, staff, and clients
- Provide accurate information about services and schedule coordination
- Verify patient information and insurance eligibility
- Perform administrative duties such as data entry, filing, faxing, and document organization
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless daily operations
- Remain calm and composed in high-pressure or fast-paced situations
- Balance multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
- Adapt quickly, listen carefully, and support a team-first culture
- Demonstrate excellent reliability and consistent attendance
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in intake, patient-facing roles, or medical office reception positions required
- eClinicalWorks (ECW) experience is highly preferred
- Some prior experience in home health, outpatient therapy, or skilled nursing coding or billing preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong phone presence and ability to multitask
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Positive attitude and polished professionalism in interactions with patients and team members
- Demonstrated stable work history with interest in long-term career growth
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Preferred: Associate's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Healthcare Administration, Medical Office Management, or related discipline)
- Certifications: Medical office or administrative certifications are a plus but not required
