Mobile Nurse Practitioner (part-time)

Global Open Wound Care is a mobile wound care clinic specializing in chronic wound care in the Jacksonville, FL area.

Our providers travel to the patients and collaborate with home health agencies and other healthcare professionals for treatment plans. We will supply you with all the materials you will need for successful treatment. Home health experience is a plus. eClinicalWorks experience a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments, including physical examinations and medical histories
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as laboratory work and medical imaging
- Complete chart notes, pictures, and orders
- Prescribe medications and other treatments
- Provide counseling and education to patients on wound care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Provide specialized care for patients with chronic, open wounds
- Provide care for patients including adults and elderly patients

This is a Part Time opportunity with the expected range to work within the week being 5-10 hours maximum. Willingness to work more hours is a plus.

Experience:

Minimum Qualifications

• Licensed in the State of Florida
• Board Certified
• Graduate of accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• College or 1 year of experience in any clinical setting.
• New Grads are welcome to apply!

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a clinical setting
• Experience in wound care is preferred
• Experience in Home Health
