Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in administering government prime and customer subcontract agreements in accordance with FAR, DFARS, and company policies
- Support contract lifecycle activities including proposal preparation, contract award, execution, modification, and closeout
- Review solicitation documents (RFPs/RFQs), contracts, task orders, and SOWs to identify compliance requirements and risks
- Help prepare contractrelated documentation such as compliance matrices, representations and certifications, accounts receivable documentation, and contract correspondence
- Track contract funding, deliverables, options, and period of performance milestones
- Support contract modifications, amendments, and change management processes
- Maintain complete and auditable contract files and records
- Assist with customer interactions including responses to government data calls, audits, and factfinding requests
- Support internal and external audits as required
- Support development and/or maintenance of internal policy and procedures
- Will interface with Supply Chain, Program Management, Finance, Engineering, Quality, and other Contracts personnel, as well as U.S. Government personnel.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
- Candidates must be Authorized US Persons under ITAR
- Bachelor’s degreed in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Finance, Legal Studies, or related fields.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in contract administration, particularly under U.S. Government DoD contracts.
- Familiar with USG/DoD regulations, FAR and DFARS.
- Ability to multitask with high attention to detail.
- Effective writing and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management and strong organizational skills. Ability to work in a regulated, deadlinedriven environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Work, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity working within the U.S. Governemnt PIEE environment.
- ISO 9001:2015 training preferred.
- Legal proof of U.S. citizenship required.
- Regularly spend hours sitting and using office equipment and computers
- Regularly move from sitting to standing positions effortlessly
- Work will be completed in an office environment. Work may include some travel, although infrequent.
