Lead Clinical Assessor, Registered Nurse - (Hybrid Remote - Georgetown, Delaware)

Maximus is currently hiring a full-time Lead Clinical Assessor, Registered Nurse to complete in-person Level II PASRR assessments in accordance with contract directives, company processes, and contract requirements. These field assessments can/may be conducted in nursing homes, hospitals and/or various community settings. This is a Full-time position that requires up to 75% travel in and around the state of Delaware including New Castle, Kent and Sussex counties. Enjoy reimbursement for mileage, tolls and parking! About the program: We work with the State of Delaware - Department of Health and Social Services, Division of Medicaid and Medical Assistance (DHSS/DMMA) to administer the federally mandated Preadmission Screening and Resident Review (PASRR) through a web-based system. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Responsible for completing medical and/or behavioral health assessments within contract requirements - Conducts on-site, video call and/or telephonic assessments to determine an individual’s needs for services and supports, eligibility, level of care or related outcome - Perform all job duties in compliance with Person First standards, HIPAA guidelines, and company confidentiality policies and procedures. - Travel may be required based on program contract requirements - Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of practice is required - High School Degree or equivalent required - Minimum 2 years of clinical experience required
