In this role, you will be responsible for guiding new clients through the onboarding process for the Go High Level platform, ensuring a smooth transition and helping them maximize the platform's features and capabilities.

- Conduct onboarding sessions with new clients to train them on using the Go High Level platform effectively
- Assist clients in setting up their accounts, integrating with other tools, and customizing their workflows
- Develop and provide training materials, resources, and documentation to support client onboarding
- Respond to client inquiries and provide ongoing support during and after the onboarding process
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client feedback is incorporated into our onboarding strategy
- Monitor client progress and proactively address any challenges they may face during onboarding
- Stay updated on Go High Level features, updates, and best practices to offer the best guidance to clients
- Proven experience with the Go High Level platform or similar CRM tools
- Strong understanding of sales funnels, marketing automation, and client management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to assist clients in troubleshooting issues
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple client onboarding processes simultaneously
- Experience in customer support or training roles is a plus
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
