Position : Maintenance / Technical Assistant

Pay Rate : $18.50 per hour

Employment Type : Full-time

Location : Salt Lake City, UT

Base function : Striving to ensure the highest quality customer service and preventative maintenance for all common areas, facilities, and equipment.

Responsibilities :

Conduct maintenance and repairs on gate equipment, parking lot signage, and upkeep of parking lots and facilities.
Possess knowledge of local geography for effective enforcement.
Understand and apply parking regulations.
Utilize computers and operate motorized vehicles.
Maintain a courteous and tactful demeanor when interacting with others.
Perform general housekeeping tasks and equipment service as needed.
Work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications :

Must be 18 years of age or older.

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Ability to walk for extended periods and work in various weather conditions.

Valid state-issued driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to service excellence.

Adaptable to changes in the work environment and able to handle unexpected events.

Demonstrated judgment and professionalism, especially under pressure.

Physical Demands and Work Environment :

Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands, and talk / listen.

Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Exposure to outside weather conditions, including extreme heat.

Education and Experience :

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Ability to stand for long hours, walk long distances, lift heavy objects, and work outside in various elements.

Additional Requirements :

This is a non-exempt / hourly position.

Criminal background check and pre-employment drug testing required.
