Contacts customers to obtain additional information regarding fraudulent charges. Maintains accurate and complete documentation of all information necessary for the investigation.

What Are We Looking For in This Role?
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Must have a minimum of 6 months of recent contact center experience
- Bilingual Spanish & English required
- The pay for this role is $16.50 per hour plus a 20% language differential once you begin taking Spanish calls. This is an entry level role and the pay is non-negotiable.
- You must be flexible and open to work schedules that are mid shift to late shifts that include working the weekends as part of your weekly schedule.
- Once you have applied you will complete a On Demand digital interview. The Recruiter will review and then reach out to you for final phone interview.
- You will be required to complete a background check. The background check will include a Criminal check, Drug Screen, Credit Check( must be under $5k in collections excluding medical), Verification of Education and Verification of Employment going back 10 years.
- This role is not bonus eligible.
- Onsite, working at our Tempe, Arizona office.
- One full year of recent contact center or work from home contact center experience in the last 18 months.
- Banking, Fraud, and or Collections experience.
