Bilingual Spanish Fraud Specialist role On Site Tempe , AZ

Summary of This Role

Investigates potential credit card fraud cases based on information received from the fraud detection system. Analyzes several aspects of account history, to include payment and transaction history. Contacts customers to obtain additional information regarding fraudulent charges. Maintains accurate and complete documentation of all information necessary for the investigation.

What Are We Looking For in This Role?

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Must have a minimum of 6 months of recent contact center and or work from home contact center experience in the last 18 month
• Bilingual Spanish & English required
• Please note this position will require a bilingual certification test to be completed & passed prior to offer. If you do not have a minimum of intermediate Spanish you will not qualify.
• The pay for this role is $16.50 per hour plus a 20% language differential once you begin taking Spanish calls. This will get you to a total of $19.80 per hour. This is an entry level role and the pay is non-negotiable.
• You must be flexible and open to work schedules that are mid shift to late shifts that include working the weekends as part of your weekly schedule.
• Once you have applied you will complete a On Demand digital interview. The Recruiter will review and then reach out to you for final phone interview.
• You will be required to complete a background check. The background check will include a Criminal check, Drug Screen, Credit Check( must be under $5k in collections excluding medical), Verification of Education and Verification of Employment going back 10 years.
• This role requires you to be on camera at all times while working.
• This role is not bonus eligible.
• Onsite, working at our Tempe, Arizona call center.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• One full year of recent contact center or work from home contact center experience.
• Banking, Fraud, and or Collections experience.
