Summary

Description Overview of This Role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to promote our merchant services solutions to businesses. Your responsibilities will include pricing strategies, customer segmentation, engaging presentations, account sign-up and activation, and ongoing account management. This position will primarily involve field sales, with some opportunities for phone sales as needed.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, identifying revenue opportunities and potential clients within assigned territories through face-to-face meetings, telephone communications, and various marketing initiatives. Drive leads through the sales pipeline by qualifying prospects and ensuring thorough needs analysis.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, providing information and conducting engaging online presentations. Cultivate existing client relationships by identifying and closing additional product and service sales.
  • Maintain accurate client records following company protocols, including call notes, scheduled interactions, and relevant information in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, currently SalesForce.com. Regularly update management on sales activities with timely reports.
  • Consistently enhance your expertise in our product and service offerings as well as stay abreast of developments in the payments industry.

What We Are Looking For

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Relevant Experience : Minimum 2 years in a related field.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, with proven success in cold calling and previous sales roles.
  • Desired Skills and Attributes

  • Proficient in applying company policies and procedures to resolve various issues.
  • Able to analyze situations or data to determine appropriate actions, demonstrating effective problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build productive professional relationships both internally and externally.
  • Expert knowledge of the merchant payment industry.
  • Exceptional communication skills, fostering lasting customer relationships.
  • Compensation

  • This is a commission-only role.
  • A first-year professional can expect to earn an average of $90,000 - $105,000 , especially those in the top 25%, through uncapped weekly commissions, lifetime residuals, and portfolio equity.
  • Salary : $90,000 - $105,000
