We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to promote our merchant services solutions to businesses. Your responsibilities will include pricing strategies, customer segmentation, engaging presentations, account sign-up and activation, and ongoing account management. This position will primarily involve field sales, with some opportunities for phone sales as needed.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, identifying revenue opportunities and potential clients within assigned territories through face-to-face meetings, telephone communications, and various marketing initiatives. Drive leads through the sales pipeline by qualifying prospects and ensuring thorough needs analysis.
- Respond to customer inquiries, providing information and conducting engaging online presentations. Cultivate existing client relationships by identifying and closing additional product and service sales.
- Maintain accurate client records following company protocols, including call notes, scheduled interactions, and relevant information in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, currently SalesForce.com. Regularly update management on sales activities with timely reports.
- Consistently enhance your expertise in our product and service offerings as well as stay abreast of developments in the payments industry.
