As the Senior Investor Relations and Corporate Sustainability Analyst at Global Payments, you will work with the Senior Vice President and Director of Investor Relations and Corporate Sustainability to assist in the planning and announcement of quarterly earnings, and plan and execute the annual Global Responsibility Report.
Job Responsibilities
- Participate in planning and announcement of quarterly financial results including execution of earnings press release, call script and FAQs
- Coordinate with leaders and team members across the organization to gather relevant information for disclosure including colleagues in finance, accounting, corporate development, legal, treasury, operating segments, corporate communications, and marketing
- Assist in management of investor events such as non-deal roadshows, investor conferences and investor days
- Monitor analyst research, relevant news, and changes in equity ownership
- Track and report sell-side analyst consensus estimates
- Report key market and competitor information (earnings, new product announcements, partnerships, changes in leadership) to Global Payments senior management
- Monitor trends in the investor relations field and periodically benchmark the IR program with peer companies to assess IR effectiveness
- Work with corporate communications and marketing to coordinate updates to the Global Payments IR website
- Plan and execute the annual Global Responsibility Report in consultation with Senior Vice President and Director of Investor Relations and Corporate Sustainability
- Analyze the sustainability reports of the peer group and leading technology companies
- Research best practices for environmental, social, and governance (ESG) disclosures
- Collaborate with external vendors
- Other duties as assigned
- Based 100% onsite at Buckhead, Atlants, GA Offices.
