Job Description
Label clinical supplies as instructed per issued assembly records
Ensure product and labels received are in accordance with issued assembly record prior to execution of labeling operations
Document assembly execution on assembly record according to SOP and Good Documentation Practices
Perform line clearance of assembly area
Perform assembly room general housekeeping tasks between assembly operations
Ensure verification of required assembly steps and proper reconciliation of product and labels prior to close out of operation in assembly area
Interact with other Clinical Supply staff as needed to ensure output that satisfies all requirements
Maintain compliance with all applicable SOPs and company safety standards
Secondary Responsibilities
Support Clinical Supplies projects in the areas of receiving, distribution, return and destruction
Receive product into inventory, coordinating inspection of incoming goods as appropriate
Collaborate with Clinical Supplies personnel and internal customers to achieve on-time delivery of clinical supplies that meet both project and regulatory requirements
Maintain accurate and current inventory records
Arrange for timely shipment of clinical supplies to appropriate destinations, or ensure the same via and external service provider
Coordinate inspection of incoming materials as required
Interface with Pilot Plant personnel to coordinate internal movement of product
Maintain compliant and secure storage of clinical supplies, including returned materials and retained samples
Coordinate dispensing of clinical supplies to assembly operations
Coordinate shipment of clinical supplies
Coordinate the destruction of clinical supplies returned to the facility in collaboration with CSM
Assist with execution of assembly operations as needed
Maintain related documentation and provide for study project files
Job Requirements / Qualifications
Degree is preferred but not required….
Previous clinical supplies or cGMP experience preferred, not required
