Raritan, NJ - Hybrid (3 days a week onsite, 2 days remote)

I need a resource who has prior experience with large ERP / SAP projects and able to connect the dots in an end-to-end perspective and apply critical thinking to challenge the project teams, consistently rationalize and guide on the compliance requirements, etc.
Has to be able to go onsite 3 days a week in Raritan, NJ.
In addition to validation and regulation experience, the resource should have the following experience :
at least 7-10 years of relevant experience; has experience of leading / advising Junior and Senior resources; Experience with sap / erp; has certifications in premier / recognized certifications in their respective areas of expertise
Exp with erp applications is needed. Need someone strong with these apps. Some examples are sap, sap 4hana, sap ecc, erp, jde (jd Edwards), oracle erp, etc.
